FLORENCE

Become entrenched in the old town, known all over the world as “the Cradle of the Renaissance”, a unique city that has maintained, unchanged, its own charm and splendor of the past.

  • Spend time exploring the piazzas, churches, bridges, towers, and labyrinthine streets of this incredible cultural hub then retire to your centrally located luxury hotel.

  • Connect the ancient past to the 20th century with a guided exploration of areas of the city affected by World War 2.

  • Appreciate the incredible assortment of master works on display in the Pitti Palace and museum complexes.

THE TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE

CINQUE TERRE

Balanced on the edge of the cliffs of the Italian Riviera, overlooking the Ligurian Sea, the five independent fishing villages known collectively as Cinque Terre developed in relative isolation of each other. Though their absolute proximity and difficulties in surviving an inhospitable though gorgeous topography gives them unity, they can each show us special secrets unique only to themselves.

SIENA

The “Red” City transports all visitors directly into the medieval age with its un-spoilt brick scenes serving as a window to a bygone era. Fully dominated by pedestrians, this single square mile of history is un-missable for visitors of the region.

  • Your local guide will explain the history of this medieval gem from the top of the Torre del Mangia to the bottom of the cathedral crypts

  • Elucidate the Byzantine roots of Sienese painting from Duccio to Matteo di Giovanni through a guided tour of the Civic Museum.

VAL D’ORCIA

The evocative image of rigidly straight cypress trees lining winding paths, manicured vineyards, and rolling hills is no more real than in the Val D’Orcia. This is likely the Tuscany you see when you close your eyes and the region is even more impressive in life than in our minds.

  • Enjoy a demonstration and tasting of the deliciously nutty Pecorino cheese produced by farmers in the town of Pienza.

  • Taste one of the greatest wines in the world, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, in the charming hamlet from which it takes its name.

  • Witness Bagno Vignoni’s unique thermal springs in the Square of Sources where visitors have healed themselves since the Roman times.

DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, which will be applied towards the cost of your tour.  All of your deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure. In the event that cancellation is on our end, you will be refunded your full payment less $100 administrative fee. If cancellation is due to restrictions from COVID-19, then your deposit will be transferred to a later date arranged between yourself (the guest) and Your Custom Travels. Except for the above mentioned, your payment is 100% non-refundable after the registration deadline. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance which is available below.

FINAL PAYMENT

Any pending balance must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to departure.  If your booking falls within the 90 days, payment in full is expected at the time of booking.
